inspired by the recently deceased magician duo Siegfried & Roy.

The Cargo Space Gallery and the nightly Performance Drives deal thematically in a fine way with the various aspects of magic, illusion, show, variety theatre and circus.

The two different Cargo Space Concert programs are dedicated to

the celebration of 101 years of the Italian composer Bruno Maderna, one of the amazing pioneers in all avant-garde ambience of contemporary music in best company with the Polish-Swiss composer Konstanty Regamey. 

 to improvisation with J.B.Szafirowski & Co and minimal music by James Tenney and Steve Reich.

 

Since we offer art in the public space or a very heterogeneous and unpredictable audience, our

performance drives are carefully balanced, to stand out of the ordinary sound world of the river, but not to disturb during night anyone as well, while the events in the cargo hold are aimed at an audience with more affinity towards contemporary art and music.

All activities inside the boat would be live-streamed, in case of restrictions caused by Covid.

CARGO SPACE GALLERY and  PERFORMANCE DRIVES

The sound- and visual installations in the cargo space by Anmari Mëtsa Yabi Wili and Adrian Laugsch will deal in different ways with the various aspects of magic, illusion, show, variety theatre and circus.

At 16.30, you can come and talk with Lorin's Boas

During the performance drives, Lorin get's part of the artistic activity, will move slowly as a sounding shiny sculpture through the darkness. There won't be any guest on board. It is just for the riversides. The sounds will be in a very fine way, not louder than the normal noises by driving on the water, but in quality of sound it will be a clear difference, it ist music, very fine. Soft sounds is Lorin bringing over the waters.
